The next Congolese Dance & Drum Workshop will be held in Maui, Hawaii February 25 - March 6, 2011. The Early Bird Discount is available now through December 31, 2010. You must register for all 10 days of camp and pay in full. Sorry, no refunds on this discount. For teens, children, groups, work study, and vacationers, please see our complete fee schedule below.

You will receive a precise map and information letter upon receipt of your registration. No refunds will be available after Feb 10, 2011. Full balance of payment is due on the day of arrival at camp.

Check-in time starts the first day of camp at 3:00 p.m. Last minute drop-ins are welcome; see the daily fee below.

Payment

To reserve your place, you must pay a minimum deposit of $90 per person. Payment may be by mailing a check (made out to Cai Sorlien) or money order to the address above or by credit card or bank account debit using PayPal. To make an online payment, click the "Pay Now" button below and then enter the amount of the payment you wish to make. You do not need a PayPal account or password in order to pay online with your credit card. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Workshop Tuition

Adults:

• Cost per day: $90
• Cost for 10 days if registering before Dec 31, 2010: $650 (Early Bird Discount - payable in full, no refunds)
• Cost for 10 days: $750 (early registration, 2 weeks in advance)

Two Notifications Regarding Photography, Video and Audio Recording (Please initial):

1) PLEASE - No private photography, audio or video recording is permitted during the CDDW classes. It is disruptive to your instructors and fellow participants. (Outside of class, go for it!) Please support our hard-working artists by respecting this request. If you want a memento of a particular class that you loved, you can purchase the class DVD filmed by our official staff, who do not use flash and are experienced in getting the best angles with a minimum of disruption to your CDDW experience.

2) PLEASE be aware that if an instructor is being videotaped or photographed by our staff during a class, you could be in the background. If that's a GOOD thing to you, try to get behind or near the instructor when you line up at the beginning of class. If that's a BAD thing, choose a position on the sides or back of the group to minimize your exposure. If you are extremely camera-shy, please notify our staff and we'll make an extra effort to exclude you.
