Matingou Tintina is a talented drummer and musician with over 40 years of experience. He was a lead drummer and performer with Paris-based companies Ballet N'Kodia, Ballet Lemba, and Ballet Quezo for 15 years. In 1982, he came to the United States and joined Fua Dia Congo as a lead drummer, and currently serves as Master drummer and cultural advisor. Agifted singer, Matingou has also recorded and performed with many legendary African musical groups.
